-346 days :: after the long weekend

spent most of yesterday catching up from the july 4th weekend in stow. i had a lot more school work than i realized! and i thought i didn't have class. ugh ugh ugh.

so today after my critique i came home, worked on some stuff, then got a bit distracted. i've been antsy to play with my veil since i got it last week.

you saw the photos i had posted before about my veil and fascinator from Tessa Kim. well i put my hair back in the way i *kind of* want it for the wedding (meaning it needs to be done better) and played around with hair and makeup

 

 

 

i just used some bobby pins to hold the twisted hair back. i formed the veil how i wanted and pinned it a bit.

for my makeup, i used a mix of maybelline pure makeup liquid foundation in 4 nude and clinque's even better skin correcting moisturizer. after that i used benefit's bo-ing in medium to cover any spots and under eye and benefit's lemon-aid for my eyelids. i blended well. then i used maybelline's mineral power finishing veil in medium to top it all off. for my cheeks i used benefit's dallas my ultimate favorite makeup everrr.
on my eyes i used clinque's color surge eye duo in beach plum using the sand color for all over and the plum for my eye lid. then i used almay intense i-color eyeliner in rich mocha and almay intense i-color mascara in chocolate quartz.
on my lip's i used clinque's almost lipstick in black honey. it was all really easy to do, and looks natural. overall i really like it.
i just adore my veil though... ugh it's so fun and perfect!
